Experiencing moments of joy can uplift you. For me, this often occurs in nature during my daily walks, which serve not only to promote well-being and increase my steps but also to foster a connection to nature and grounding. The simplest of things really bring me joy, and it has taken me years to appreciate the things around me. It continues to surprise me each time.
Bringing moments of joy has an instant effect on your well-being. It elevates your mood, opens your heart, and raises your vibration. Who wouldn't want to feel this on a day-to-day basis?

In our ever-ascending world, where the level of light hitting our planet is increasing, we find ourselves at a pivotal moment in our spiritual journey where embracing our hearts and living at a soul level is not just an option; it's truly essential. As Lightworkers, it is our purpose to raise the collective consciousness— and as those of us dedicated to serving others—we often face numerous challenges, distractions, alongside the heavy imprints of our experiences in the third dimension. This is crucial for our soul growth; however, it is also important to remember who we truly are, spiritual beings having a human experience.
I understand how difficult it can be when these challenges arise. There are moments when I also feel overwhelmed. In those times, I turn to my toolbox of grounding or alleviating stress and ask myself some important questions. Why am I feeling this way? Is this energy mine? Do I need to clear my energy, ground myself, have I shielded myself? One of the simplest yet most effective ways I have found is to recall a moment of pure joy that I felt. So, the next time you’re feeling down or stressed and unable to get into nature, I encourage you to take a deep breath, close your eyes, place your hand on your heart, and bring to mind a moment of joy. Your vibration will shift, and what you will experience is your heart opening. Sit in this moment for a while and breathe deeply, expand this energy until it encompasses your whole body, and fields, this is your true state of being...
